The Obama Administration has released its own 9 9 9 plan to compete with that of Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain.
The President's initiative codifies his policy of 9% approval, 9% unemployment, and 9% inflation.
White House spokeskid Jay Carney told reporters "this President won't stop with just three nines."
